Day 39 TapouT XT

Cross Core Combat - I really use to dislike this one, but as I get stronger I like it more and more. It still isn't one of my favorites but at least I can make it through the workout now without feeling like I am going to die.

Breakfast: granola bar
Lunch: steak, spinach, and red potatoes
Dinner: 3 chicken legs and corn
Snack: yogurt
