Sprawl and Brawl - I like this one more and more every time I get to workout with it. I can really see my progress with this DVD. I can actually keep up with it now which feels pretty good. Just proof that if you stick with it you will see results.
Breakfast: harvest nut cookie
Lunch: beef and green beans
Snack: harvest nut cookie
Dinner: turkey burger no bun, corn, and green beans
