Day 9 TapoutXT

Strength and Force Upper + Ultimate Abs - When I did this video on day 2 I thought I was going to die before I even made it to the end. I couldn't even make it through the entire Ultimate Abs portion. But today was a different story. Not only did I make it through the first video, which is not a short one clocking in at over 50 minutes, but I rocked Ultimate Abs and even kept up with the killer move. In just 9 days I have improved. That's something to be excited about! Granted I don't look like the people on the infomercial but like I said in the beginning you have to set realistic goals and get excited when you reach them. Looking forward to weigh in tomorrow.

Breakfast: zucchini egg and onion omlet
Lunch: turkey burger, baked zucchini strips, corn
Snack: orange
Dinner: chicken teriyaki, salad, miso soup, and 3 california rolls

  1. You improved really quickly. I'm still struggling a lot. Can barely manage half of the Ultimate Abs routine. I don't even know if I'll be able to do it all by Day 90. :D

    S&FU gives you a really good burn, doesn't it? Feels awesome.
