Day Fourteen Tapout XT

Rest Day- And boy was I thankful for it. I have been really tired and sore lately and needed a true rest day. I walked 1 mile and other than that just ate my usual healthy stuff. Tomorrow is Cross Core Combat. Can't believe it's been two weeks. It has really gone by fast. If you are thinking about doing the program you really should. It's a tough program but it gets easier each day and I have found it a fun way to get in shape!

Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs
Lunch: zuccinni chicken pie, orange
Snack: 2 oranges
Dinner: turkey burger, corn,  beans, and salad
Snack: fat free sugar free yogurt with nuts
